The word 'bug' in the sense of an error or fault, as in a machine or system, especially in a computer or computer program, is informal language. (Collins Dictionary, 2011) In my opinion, a website should not contain informal language. According to Wiktionary, a bug in the sense of 'a problem that needs fixing', is chiefly computing and engineering jargon. In my opinion, any informative text should not contain jargon.
